Because women's bodies function differently from men's in many areas, this means that the various yoga poses, also known as asanas, need to be adapted.
On 16 days a year, you have the opportunity to take part in the Women Days between 08:00 and 12:00. In a supportive community of women, you can motivate, inspire and strengthen each other.
The Women Days include:
1 HERmony Yoga session
1 meditation session
1 workshop
Concluding get-together with exciting conversations and a shared lunch*
Each Women's Day has a different theme:

- 29 August 2024 | Yoga and mindfulness for stress reduction
- 12 September 2024 | HERmony Yoga for female creativity and intuition
- 19 September 2024 | Yoga for hormonal balance
- 03 October 2024 | Yoga and body acceptance for women
- 24 October 2024 | Yoga to support the desire to have children
- 14 November 2024 | Ayuryoga for women
- 12 December 2024 | Hormone yoga to help during the menopause
