Last season we were able to learn how to ensure the safest possible skiing for our guests despite Covid-19. We are taking this knowledge with us into the coming season and, based on the ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government for the protection of all our guests and employees, we are implementing a series of measures that you will always find updated here on this page.
Please respect the measures and comply with them for a safe coexistence.
We have carefully researched the information currently available on skiing operations and skiing holidays concerning Covid-19. However, Ski amadé is not an authority and cannot provide legally binding information. For further details on the current legal provisions in connection with Corona, please refer to an extensive FAQ on the website of the Ministry of Health or on the official EU page.

Tickets in Ski amadé and in the Schneebärenland
You have the following possibility to order your lift pass in Ski amadé contactless online:
- Top up a pre-existing lift pass: Top up an existing lift pass (KeyCard) online at the ticket shop using the 16-digit data carrier number on the back.
- Pick up function: Order your lift pass at the online ticket shop and select the pick up option. Use the QR code to pick up the ticket at the ticket machine (or at the cash desk).
- Have your lift pass sent by post: If you order your lift pass at the online ticket shop via postal delivery, then you will automatically receive it through the post to your address.
- Ski amadé Friends Card: Register to become part of the new my Ski amadé Friends Club and receive, besides many other benefits on holiday packages or partner company offers, a personal Friends Card, which can be used as a lift pass and can always be topped up contactless.
You have the following possibility to order your lift pass for Riesneralm in the Schneebärenland contactless online:
- Top up a pre-existing lift pass: Top up an existing lift pass (KeyCard) online at the ticket shop using the 16-digit data carrier number on the back.
- Pickup-Funktion: Skiticket im Online Ticketshop bestellen und Pickup-Abholung auswählen. Per QR-Code das Ticket dann vor Ort am Automaten (oder an der Kassa) abholen.
